Rectangular beige cardboard bi-fold style pass. Cover printed with 'COMMONWEALTH/GAMES VILLAGE' and 'STAFF IDENTITY/PASS/No. 234' ('234' stamped on with ink). Symbols of a red kangaroo encircled by a yellow sun and a crown encirled by a chain with 'BE&CG' under the crown. Background printed with repetitive lines of very small light blue writing; 'VIIthBRITISHEMPIREANDCOMMONWEALTHGAMES1962PERTHWESTERNAUSTRALIA'. When pass is open; left hand side has personal details of the staff member, Mrs F.Bawden, and right hand side has 'General Information' regarding use of the pass.
