Silver plate and mother of pearl pacifier in two parts, 1] tapered decorative pacifier shaft, rounded head with ring , and round, flat mother of pearl mouth guard, with central hole for shaft of pacifier. 2] silver plate 'BABY' pinclip connected to pacifier by chain, chain is broken.
