BASIN, Sugar, EPNS, 'DE BAUN'S PALACE HOTEL'

Round EPNS sugar basin with 2 horizontal handles, attached at rim on opposite sides. Handles are raised above the basin rim, with 3 circular decorative pieces affixed to handle. Two small square metal pieces are welded to one side underneath rim, 60mm apart. Maker's stamp on bottom: 'Made And/Guaranteed by/Meriden B. Company/U.S.A/No. 4947'. Impressed on bottom: 'DE BAUN'S/PALACE HOTEL/PERTH'. Scratched into bottom is 'MIDDLE' and 'C'.
