(.1) Mounted on the right inner face of the folder is the joint statement, printed in black on cream paper, in english, titled "20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE WESTERN AUSTRALIA-HYOGO SISTER-STATE AFFILIATION/JOINT STATEMENT". Signed October 15 2001 by Geoffrey Gallop, Premier of WA, Jowhn Gowdell, Toshizo Ido, Governor of Hyogo Prefecture, Japan and Kenji Sasaki. There is a duplicate copy, unsigned, behind the original.
(.2) On the left hand inner face of the folder is the same document, written in Japanese.
(.3) Black folder with rough, uneven surface embossed with irregular dots. Lining of folder is marbled grey.
