Photograph is mounted in the centre of a cream piece of cardboard. Caption at the left bottom corner of frame "The Dease Studios/117/ BARRACK ST./ PERTH". Message on reverse in brown ink "To/dear Mother/ with love from/ Esther. V.A.D. Staff/ on for Xmas tea for boys at / No. 8 Aust. Gen Hospital/ Xmas 1918". Written in purple pencil in top corner "Top number/ 55020/ Mothers Badge/ 17612".
