CLOCK, MANTLE
H1996.135
Wood veneer mantle clock, streamlined modern design with flat front and back surfaces and curved top - large main curve and lesser curve on each side. Feet of clock have vertical veneer and moulding details. Face of clock is a silver metal ring with printed numbers and a hinged convex glass door with silver metal frame. Hands are plain, cut out metal. Three winding points on face. On rear of clock, door at rear (with curved top) opens to reveal brass mechanism. Door is secured with small brass knob.
