PLIERS

Pliers for holding Shoneer (tubes of gold) or pieces of wire. The pliers have a sliding mechanism that, when pushed up the handles create a vice of the jaws. The jaws have small grooves for holding the wire etc. The handles also have a groove at the lower end for clamping. Marked 'MADE IN FRANCE' and 'LNUBDNIDT(?) TISSOT'.
