PIN CHUCK

Holds wire (put a point on brooch). Universal tool. Has a brass handle with cross hatch etching for grip, with pin chuck at end. The pin chuck mechanism works by a bolt screwing up to create small hole in which to place wire, blade etc and then the hole is closed to grip the wire by screwing the bolt downwards. Etched on handle is 'ET 120'.
