Trade union ribbon; navy blue silk with gold braiding at top and bottom. Coiled metallic tassels at bottom. Gold lettering printed on navy silk: 'LABOUR DAY/ FEDERATED/ MOULDERS/ METALS.' Insignia of swan at centre. Beneath - 'UNION OF AUSTRALASIA'.
