Railway ticket, apprentice's, in metal holder. Ticket (.1) is printed in gold and black on green, and is inscribed 'APPRENTICE'S TICKET./ W.A. Govt. Railways./ MONTHLY TICKET/ A2428/ SECOND/ CLASS/ AVAILABLE BETWEEN/ MAYLANDS/ AND/ PERTH/ EXPIRING LAST DAY OF/ April 1921/ ISSUED TO/ M.R.C. YOUNG/ FARE 4s. OD'. Conditions printed on reverse. Ticket holder (.2) is a simple tin frame, into which the ticket is slipped. It has a hole at top for a key ring or similar.
