A green cardboard covered price list with blue print, inside and outside. Text on outside cover reads 'Special/ P. PATERSON/ MILLS & WARE LTD./ PRICE LIST/ January 26, 1939 (line put through this)/ August 1940'. This particular price list has many items crossed out with pen and changed prices. This particular price list was changed due to the event of the Second World War, thus many of the cream biscuits and cakes have been crossed out.
