Short sleeved, zip front, loose fitting dress in pale blue with cream coloured collar, sleeve cuffs, and pocket trims. Inside of back collar has 'M & W' written in black texta. Worn by female staff at Arnott, Mills & Ware factory. See H92.149 for factory history.
