H1990.94

Wooden pattern of a boiler or firebox door. Used to make a "negative" mould in sand to enable the casting of a "positive" door in iron. Marked "PH41". Made by patternmakers and Midland W.A. Government Railway shops, probably between 1900 to 1925.
