Drill piece reads "THE S.S. WHITE DENTAL MFG. CO / VV (SS OVERLAPING VV) / MADE IN U.S. OF A." Nickel plated Silver Drill piece and foot powered wheel. Used in York from c1930 until 1950's. Foot Engine and Dentist Handpiece. Used at dental practice in York.
