Silvered metal trinket box; hinge at back; style is Japanese/Chinese; scene on lid depicts pagoda and Mt. Fuji(?) amongst fir trees. Sides have a moulded design of bamboo. Rising sun stamped on base. Probably mass produced, possibly tourist market.
