Navy polyester tie, with yellow and white stripes at 45 degrees to each side of the insignia and motto of the Society of Surveyors. Label in side "Woven and Manufactured/in Australia by/ "Tee-Dees"/ The Special Tie/Specialists. Presented to the Director, Mr Bannister at the opening of a display of Surveying equipment in the Old Gaol on the 3 April, 87.
