Cream velour with 13 rows of decorative brown stitching around brim. Trimmed with a wide piece of brown silk with irregular folds and forming into a bow at one side.
Stamped inside crown: 'FLECHET/ MADE IN FRANCE'. Label on lining: 'PARIS LONDON/ Moray/ NEW YORK SYDNEY'. Also has white tape with handwritten 'S 43/7'.
