Framed plaster moulding of Mary Queen of Scots receiving her death warrant, attended by the three Marys - Mary Beaton, Mary Seaton and Mary Metcalf, although Nairn notes that there is some controversy about the surnames of these. Pink velvet surround. Gilded wooden frame. Nairn no. 3.
