From goverment house dinner service. Originally described as 'fish plates' but more probably under-plates for gravy boats. Blue and white border. Marks: Purple over-glaze: '(crown)/ circle with '51' and decoration (as CH1977.179)/ ROYAL WORCESTER.' Impressed '3C'.
