Owned 3 Italian Delicatessens in Fremantle, first one purchased in 1958 in South Terrace, Fremantle, then corner of South and Solomon Streets, Beaconsfield, and then 17 Wray Avenue, Fremantle. Whilst he and his wife Angela had all this work to do they still managed a Market Garden in Spearwood.
