Thelyphonus linganus: Kepulauan Lingga (as Linga), Riau, Sumatra, Indonesia.

Thelyphonus johorensis: Johor (as Johore), Johor, Malaysia (Speijer, 1937: 172 claims the types were from "Sienkieb (Singkep?) Island near the coast of Sumatra").
