Black enamel ground decorated with geometric pattern in yellow and enamel dots in blue, white and orange. Marked on base: 'VICTORIA/ Rd.N.300283/ MADE IN ENGLAND'. Can't trace factory mark. Rd.No. for 1897-8. Very similar to CH1982.305, plate.
