[.1] CUPBOARD; Made from packing cases used to transport the household effects of the Beer family from England to Australia. John Beer was passenger on the Persic 1912. On back of cupboard: 'HOLD PER S.S. PERSIC/ JOHN BEER/ ALBANY/ PASSENGER c/o ISMAY(?) and Co LIVERPOOL - WESTERN AUSTRALIA.' Has single T-hinged door on front and 2 shelves inside. Stands on 4 porcelain coasters.
