Short ale glass, drawn trumpet bowl with wheel engraving of hops and barley. Plain stem, conical foot with pontil mark visible. Two piece form, i.e. bowl and stem formed in one piece with foot added. Tear in foot, turn marks visible on bowl. Ref. L. Bickerton, Eighteenth Century English Drinking Glasses, 1971, pages 12, 16 & plate 226.
