[.b] Plaque description: 'This flag was found flying on a public building in Pretoria, was captured by Major Frank Parker, DSO, commanding the WA Mounted Contingent when the city surrendered 5.6.1900. Presented by his father Sir S H Parker KCMG, one time Chief Justice of this state.'.
