Blade: straight, nickelled, double fuller, single edge with false edge.
Hilt: lion's head pommel, gilt wire bound shark skin grip, guard has crown & anchor, reversed plain quillon. Retaining clip. Marks: Proven Wilkinson Star of David. Transfer etched on one side: 'FREMANTLE/ NAVAL/ ARTILLERY/VOLT RS' in scroll; other side etched symbols of crown above anchor.
Scabbard: Two band (gilt) leather. Two sling swivels.
