Production Date: 1925 (Vernon listed as 1924, however correspondence between Mark Babidge, Registrar-Historian of the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club of Australia, and Kelvin Ferris, Chairman of The Motor Museum, lists this chassis number a 1925 car, ‘which came “off test” in February 1925’. Rolls Royce Owners Club of Australia (WA) featured this vehicle as a ‘1923 Rolls-Royce 20-25’ in their April 1966 Bulletin )
‘Windovers [Windover Ltd, London] open-drive limousine with artillery wheels (body 5132, May 1925)’. 3.1 litre, semi-enclosed Laundaulet. Black fabric top with aluminium and wood body by Windover (London. 6 cylinder, 3 speed, 2 wheel brakes, RAC 21.6 HP.
