[.i] blue booklet in 4 languages, including English: 'DE TREY Visco Gel Clinical Applications. Tissue Conditioner. Semi-Permanent Soft Liner. Functional Impression Material. Tissue Conditioner. For cases where soft tissues have become distorted by either acute or chronic trauma or infection they may be assisted in their return to normal by the use of Visco-gel. At the same time the patient is not embarrassed by being without dentition. Visco- gel is also indicated as a lining for dentures inserted immediately following extractions, or oral surgery. Semi-Permanent Soft Liner. When normal dentures are not tolerated, particularly with aged patients, Visco-gel can be used a soft-liner for a period of several months before needing replacement. Functional Impression Material. In post-operative cases or when ill fitting dentures require replacement or re-basing, the material may be used to obtain a functional impression giving adequate detail and maximum coverage.'
