Framed photograph of the interior of the Arnott, Mills & Ware factory showing male operators of the 26" intermittent cutting machine feeding biscuits into the wood fired 4 pan baking ovens. The machine and ovens were replaced by more modern equipment. Caption reads: '26" / INTERMITTENT CUTTING / MACHINE FEEDING / 4 PAN CHAIN OVEN / EARLY 1930's' This photograph hung with others H92/309, 310, & 311 in the stairway of the Mills & Ware administration section until 1992.
