The first entry is January 1, 1912 for George Wiley - Front Bar at the Freemason's Hotel. Column entries include - spirits, cordials, wines, beers; the quantities and the cost/balance. Hotels include: Club Hotel, Victoria Hotel, Railway Hotel, Commonwealth Hotel, Queens Hotel, Murchinson Inn, Geraldton Hotel, Shamrock Hotel.
Last entry : August 1950.
