Postcard with sepia toned photograph of rock formation, jutting into ocean. Caption at bottom in black " "THE SPHINX ROCK," SORRENTO, VICTORIA". Second of series of three existing postcards (final cards and end of letter missing). Message on reverse in fade black ink. "a seven mile drive. There is only about/three drives one can. London Bridge/Cape Shank and Flinders. This/is another rock here, it has the/shape of a Sphinx's Head. It stands/out quiet [sic] plainly, doesn't it? It / is on 1/2 miles walk along the beach to/this. The other view is the main ocean"
