Small tin tobacco container with label on hinged lid stating, 'MEDIUM STRENGTH/ CAPSTAN/ REGISTERED/ Navy Cut/ W.D & H.O WILLS/ AUSTRALIA Ltd. SYDNEY.' Colours used for label are gold, black and blue but have faded with time. Inscription inside lid states, 'This Tin, of which only a limited number will be issued......'
