Bobbin Lace known as "Tape Guipure" with Brussels resaux selection presented to the Art Gallery after the death of Mrs. G.H. Allen who expressed the wish that her lace collection be presented "in gratitude for the help given to the people of Britain given by the people of Australia during the 2nd world war."
