Colour-tinted. black and white photograph of three cyclists in yellow shirts with black swans, with their bicycles and an official. In the centre, sitting on his bicycle is Noel Davey wearing a blue sash saying 'CHAMPIONSHIP'. A handwritten inscription below right of the photograph says: 'With Congratulations /R.A.Cassidy/President' above, stamped in ink, 'WESTERN DISTRICTS AMATEUR CYCLING CLUB' . Metal hanging wire on back is detached on one side, and the paper backing is damaged and insect eaten.
