CRIB/LUNCH BOX, WAGR, cream painted
H2006.37
Large, rectangular based with curved hinged lid, cream painted, raw galvanised metal Crib/Lunch box. 'TIN MAE/IN/WESTE/AUSTR' impressed back right side of body wrapping around to side. 'TIN MADE/IN/WESTERN/AUSTRALIA' impressed front right side of body wrapping around to side. Lid has a single rectangular handle hinged to the top and a hinged metal (brass?) latch securing the lid to the base. Pink paint can be seen where cream paint is chipped away. The base, handle, and latch are unpainted raw metal (brass?). The lid is curved to hold a thermos flask.
