Featuring a line drawing of Australia House, the serviette is inscribed 'Souvenir in Commemoration/ OF THE / Laying/ OF THE/ Foundation/ Stone/ OF THE/ Australian/ Common-/ wealth/ Officers, AT/ Aldwych/ BY/ THE/ KING/ AND/ QUEEN,/ Thursday,/ July/ 24,/ 1913'.
