Large purple album with title impressed in gold "PERTH GUILD/MEMBER'S REMEMBRANCE BOOK/Women's Service Guild of W.A (Inc)". A purple and yellow satin rosette with four purple ribbons and four yellow ribbons extending from centre, is attached to upper left hand corner of front cover. Metal binder holds leaves of album together. Album contains photographs of members, and typewritten biographical details of members. Some loose cuttings are at the back of album. Front page dated 1968, last entry dated 1986.
