Birthday card in the shape of a number 6, featuring a cartoon of Mickey Mouse blowing a horn, accompanied by a smiling dog with long ears. The card has been hand-coloured: dog and horn orange, mickey's shoes and hands yellow, and trousers red. Inscription reads: 'BIRTHDAY GREETINGS/ YOU'RE/ SIX/ TO-DAY/ We join with Mickey/ in wishing you may/ Have 'all the fun'/ on your SIXTH/ Birthday/ MMGA'.
Inscription on the reverse: 'MICKEY MOUSE/ CUT-OUT NUMERAL/ REPRODUCED BY PERMISSION OF/ WALT DISNEY MICKEY MOUSE LTD/ BY VALENTINE & SONS LTD DUNDEE'.
Handwritten in ink (prompts are printed): 'To dear little Jacolyn/ From Mummy and Daddy with love and (kisses in the shape of crosses)/ Dec. 14th 1942.'
