Cardboard fan shaped like a ping pong bat with illustration of a young boy in a straw hat, suit and tie seated on top of a ladder. The reverse is printed in green "FOR / BONNIE CHILDREN / MILLS & WARE'S / MILK ARROWROOT / BISCUITS / CHAS STEELE & CO. PTY. LTD. MELB." Cardboard reinforcing has been attached to handle section. Written near top in biro: "32910".
