MEN'S JACKET, Tails

H1991.163

Black double breasted cut-away jacket (not intended to be closed) made of conventional black cloth (could be serge). Turn down collar and lapels of only moderate width. The lapels are the notched type, with three button holes sewn on each. The sleeves are straight and plain, without cuffs or buttons. The sleeve head is plain not gathered. Some padding, only at the shoulders. No pockets. Four buttons covered in contrasting black material. The cut-away front is squared off. The back has curved seams on the upper torso. Similartwo covered buttons centre vent and side pleats. The tails are broad and square. The lining inside jacket looks like it is the same material as used for the buttons.
