GOLD BROOCH
H1988.643
Anne Schofield described the object in her letter of offer dated 20 July 1988: "Gold two bar brooch with central gold nugget flanked by two gold swans, a third swan suspended below with fine gold loop chains. West Australia, c 1895". Similar design to H88.642, but with nugget in the place of amethyst. Both attributed by Dorothy Erickson to C.H. May.
