The WA Shipwrecks Museum is the premier destination for primary school excursions linked to the Humanities and Social Sciences (HaSS) syllabus.

Our facilitated education programs and resources assist teachers in their excursion planning by taking out the guesswork. We have created a range of seamless, 120-minute programs that your students will not only enjoy, but will remember.

The highlight of each program is a 60 minute immersive activity that takes place in our dedicated activity room - created just for school groups. This activity is led by a highly engaging member of the Shipwrecks Education Team.

To complete your excursion each program includes a self-guided exploration of the Museum and/or the surrounding precinct. No clipboards or pencils are needed here!

Two classes can easily rotate between the two components and there are options available when booking in three or more classes.

Costs apply and bookings are essential. Sessions are subject to availability and booking conditions.

Please refer to the program learning resource pages for more details and for any assistance call 1300 134 081.
