Jim & Babs arrived from Scotland with daughters Barbara & Marianne. Whilst living in 'Nissan' galvanised huts they formed a co-operative with fellow immigrants to owner build homes in Yokine. Jim worked as a plumber with the WAGR until retirement whilst Babs raised the family, adding Jim, Polly & David.
