Settled in Collie, worked for Lyle's Mill, the railways and then Muja Power station where he retired. Has been secretary of Energy West Social Club, Collie, for 18 years and President of Collie Italian Club for 18 years. Received a Centenary Medal for voluntary services to the Italian community in Collie.
