The Western Australian Museum Foundation was established in 1995 as the fundraising partner of the Western Australian Museum. The Foundation manages a wide range of fundraising programs that provide financial and in-kind support for the Museum.
Since the Foundation’s inception in 1995, it has played a critical role in encouraging public investment in the Museum through corporate partnerships, donations, gifts and bequests.
The Foundation provides individuals and corporations with an opportunity to become involved with the preservation and research of Western Australia.

Partnership Opportunities
The Western Australian Museum prides itself for highly innovative exhibitions and research programs. Corporate Partnerships are one way of being associated with either a special, permanent or touring exhibition, a community-wide educational activity or a ground-breaking research project.

Subject to the level of funding the Museum can offer a variety of benefits at both the corporate and employee level including:

Theatre Seat Campaign
Be a part of Fremantle’s iconic Western Australian Museum - Maritime.
We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to purchase a seat in the NWS Shipping Threatre located in the Western Australian Museum - Maritime. Your seat can be purchased as a gift in the name of a family member, friend or colleague, in memory of a loved one or in the name of your company.
Through a tax-deductible donation of $250, you will secure a personalised plaque on the backrest of a seat, for a minimum period of 10 years. Seats are limited, however, you may choose your row and seat number, subject to availability.
