James Matthews, the former slave trader Don Francisco, wrecked at Woodman Point, Cockburn Sound, Western Australia.

William Leonard from the Maritime History Department, drew these technical drawings from measurements recorded by maritime archaeologists and his own research into ships fitted for transporting slaves. Most of his time is taken up with documenting historic watercraft collected by the Maritime History Department and also significant privately owned watercrafts.
