You now need to be on the corporate network to access Pulse.

If you are already on the corporate network, please use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + R to refresh this page. This should resolve the issue, but if you still cannot access Pulse, please email
pulse [ at ] museum.wa.gov.au.

To use the DLGSC remote desktop software to get on to the corporate network, please log in to https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html with your museum.wa.gov.au credentials.

If you already have the Microsoft/DLGC Remote Desktop application installed, and you're already logged in to your Museum account in your browser, your remote desktop session should run from your desktop. If you do not have it installed, or you're not logged in to your Museum account in your browser, you will be forced into a slower remote desktop experience that runs within your web browser.

Important: If you are using the Windows remote desktop client, make sure you open Pulse in a web browser within the remote desktop window (the window title will be something like "Desktop Session").

If you just need to access your email, you can go directly to https://outlook.office.com/ and log in with your museum.wa.gov.au credentials.

For assistance with remote desktop software, please contact DLGSC ICT.
