The Todd Valve is fitted between the P.C.V. Valve and Carburettor is designed to keep P.C.V. valve in partly open position during idling - so increasing flow rate of vapours from crank case to manifold, thus reducing the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon emissions. P.C.V.= Positive crank case ventilation.
