[.1] Obverse: Bronze finish circular medallion with raised rim. Digger truck motif in centre of medallion surrounded by rectangular border with opening on right side. Text 'GOLDSWORTHY/ MINING LIMITED' above and below outside of border, encricled by larger octagon shape. Text ' "TUUM-EST" ' under bottom edge of octagon. Textured bronze finish border around outside edge of medal with text '.'THE GOLDSWORTHY BLACKROCK STAKES SOCIETY/ THE CHAIN OF FRIENDSHIP'. Reverse: bronze finish, motif of man pushing wheelbarrow along path delineated by two raised bronze lines. Areas of raised lines along path indicating uneven ground. Text 'SHERIDAN' along bottom rim. No fixing.
[.2] Un-plated metal medallion with same design as [.1]. Reverse: pre-plated metal finish with same design as [.1]. No fixing.
