'Australasian Trained Nurses' Association/CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION./This is to Certify that Elsie Haywood Richardson/who has completed her prescribed course of training at Perth Public &/Tamworth Hospitals, has, after examination, been admitted to Membership/of the Association as a General Nurse./
Badge ATNA logo in blue ink to bottom left of certificate. Two signatures belonging to the President and the Member of the Exam Board with Signature of Nurse E. H. Richardson below. Dated July 8th, 1914.
